Why Sirocco Ridge Farm garlics?
Sirocco Ridge Farm has been growing garlics since 2009. We have selected gourmet varieties that do well in the climate around southern Indiana and Louisville, Kentucky. Our varieties originate from around the US and world. They include representatives of the major groups of garlic as well as huge range of flavors (click here for the ultimate cheat sheet of garlic ideas). Most people (except those who attend our annual Great Garlic Gathering tasting!) have never experienced the range of colors and flavors. Our garlic is grown in innovative field raised beds using our farm produced compost and have never been treated with any chemicals.
