CSA = Community Supported Agriculture
What is a CSA? A CSA is a way to buy local foods directly from a farm. By paying up front, you'll help the farm with their cash flow and be among the first to receive the freshest in-season foods, directly from the farm! You can find out more, and search for CSA options nearest you at this website.

Here are Sirocco Ridge CSA-style offerings for 2021:
- Pastured chicken egg flock-share - from early February through early December, full share should give about 1 dozen eggs every week (total cost $231). A 1/2 share will give about 1 dozen eggs delivered every other week (total cost $115.50). The actual number of eggs will be dependent on the birds' production. For 10 months you will lease an undivided share of laying chickens, and have the right to a share of the eggs produced. However, just like the farm itself, you may experience the cycles and risks of egg production.
- Cheese subscription - This new CSA provides you the freshest cheeses at the lowest price (10% off our on-farm retail). A full share will be a weekly delivery (total cost $396, 1/2 share being only $198). We also plan to share cheese subscription members samples of our newest cheeses as they become available. You can also choose your subscription type - single type (Big Softy, Salty Sea Goat, or Lamancha Goat Gouda), soft cheeses, harder cheeses, or a mix.
